Shipping policy
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering Your order will be shipped Standard Service.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Springsioux cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities.
The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.
If your order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Unfortunately, Springsioux cannot do this on your behalf.
