SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering Your order will be shipped Standard Service.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Springsioux cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES


Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities.

The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.



 

If your order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Unfortunately, Springsioux cannot do this on your behalf.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ?

When you see an item you like, click on “Add to Cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase.

Then, click on Shopping Cart, located at the top right section of the screen. Click “Checkout” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updates to the quantities as desired, click on “Place Your Order” to finish.

RETURN POLICY


-All returns must be authorized by Springsioux Please contact us directly by emailing contact@springsioux.com We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund.

-Please note that we can only replace the item for the same product. The product in the same size is subject to stock availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

-All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Items should be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place. Items that are damaged, washed, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be returned back to the customer.

-Do not discard any invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped.

-Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. In case of defective items or items sent in error, Springsioux will offer a collection free of charge.

-All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.


We highly recommend that returns be shipped with insurance and tracking numbers. Springsioux does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please save your tracking numbers, as they can prove to be invaluable if your return is lost in transit.
